Get Up & Move: Neck, Shoulders & Upper Back Stretches

If you're a desk worker and are hunched over frequently, I'm guessing you have a lot of tension or pain in your neck, shoulders and upper back. This quick series of stretches will help relieve some of that load.

Try to do these stretches daily and you'll notice such a difference. Even if you don't sit at a desk and have pain in your neck, shoulders or upper back, make sure to give it a try.

All you need is a positive attitude and enough space to lie down in.
