A former lazy-bum pushed into action by chronic back pain, Marissa solved her problems by embracing the world of exercise.

FAQ

Will I Be Training With a Video?

You will be training with Marissa and she is definitely not a video. Marissa will keep you accountable and help you stay motivated. She’s also a lot of fun.


What Gear Do I Need?

You’ll need a towel and a water bottle, a mat is recommended but not required. If you do have equipment you would like to incorporate, just let Marissa know in advance.


How Much Space Should I Have?

Ideally about 5x7 feet of open space. If you have less, it’s no problem, but let Marissa know ahead of time.

Do I Need Experience to Train Online?

No. Marissa can do it all from teaching you the basics to kicking your butt in a HIIT workout.


What Fitness Level Should I Be?

All levels are welcome, from beginner to athlete.


What is the Workout Style?

Marissa excels at leading high intensity, strength, core, and cardio workouts.
