10min Home Workout
Just because I filmed this video in a park last summer doesn’t mean you can’t do this workout today from home. The only equipment you need is your body. #noexcuses
How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes? (If you don’t have 10mins, do it for less.)
Target: Full body cardio.
10x Squat Jumps
20x Side Lunges (10 left, then 10 right)
20x Mountain Climbers
10x Burpees
5x Push Ups
Note: If you can’t jump, get rid of that part, or even the exercise altogether and do the rest. If you need to go on your knees for the push ups, do it. Anything is better than nothing!
