My Favourite Muscle Releases
Did you ever have a deep tissue massage? Wasn’t it amazing? It always helps me release so much tension in a bunch of different muscles. Well, today I’m going to show you have to do that for free! I’m going to show you my favourite pressure spots to release when I have muscular pain – whether it’s from exercising or sitting down for too many hours, it will all help!
When you decide to do one of the areas I demonstrate, pause the video and hold for 30 seconds to 2 minutes on the spot. Then press play and continue to the next spot.
Equipment: softball/ tennis ball/ lacrosse ball
